ASDA Online Support
If you’ve received something from your ASDA grocery order than you’re not quite happy with, you can lodge a request for a refund through logging into the online ASDA account. You must do this within 3 days of your delivery, including the delivery day as day number one.
Once you’ve clicked request refund, the refund should appear in your account between three and five working days.
If it’s after three days, then you’ll need to give the ASDA customer services team a call on the telephone number above. They will be able to advise the best way for you to get your money back.
It’s also worth noting that you can request a refund from the delivery driver when they arrive to drop off your shopping. Just give the product back to them before they leave and they can arrange the money to be credited back to you.
Order gone missing
If your ASDA order hasn’t turned up, then it could be for a number of reasons. First it’s important to check that you have the correct date and timeslot. ASDA deliver at all hours of the day to make sure you haven’t got your AM and PM deliveries confused!
If you’re correct with your delivery, then check your confirmation email and email address to see if you’ve had any updates come through on your driver’s progress.

Order been cancelled
The only reason ASDA will cancel your order is if they have not been able to successfully charge payment to your card. It’s worth checking with your bank or building society to make sure that you have available funds to pay for your order. If they are, it could be that your card has expired.
ASDA should contact you if they have cancelled your order however you can always get in touch with them directly by calling the ASDA contact number above if you haven’t heard anything.
For all George clothing returns, you’ll need to be aware that it can take up to 3 weeks for ASDA’s warehouse to receive any clothes or George items that you have sent back. You may need to be patient while you wait for your refund. You can give the ASDA team a call at any point to check the status of your refund.
If you want to return an item to store, then you’ll need to make sure you return the item without using it, and it must be in satisfactory condition to be re-sold.
