Currys is a UK consumer electronics retailer that sells PCs, laptops, televisions and digital photography equipment.
The retailer has over 300 stores across the United Kingdom, as well as almost 100 on the high streets of the UK’s busiest towns.

If you’ve bought something from Currys or PC World that you now need to return, you can do this within 21 days of purchasing the item, provided that it is unopened and in the original packaging.
If you bought something online or over the phone, then you’ll receive 14 days to return it instead of 21. You’ll be able to return it even if it’s already been opened. However, it must still be in the condition that you received it, in the original packaging.
To return an item, you’ll need a receipt or similar proof of purchase. This can be a bank statement or an email receipt etc. Then call Currys contact number with this information to have them resolve the refund issue.
If you have an issue with your product and you’ve had it for less than 30 days, you will be able to claim for an exchange, refund or repair of your product. If it’s after the first 30 days, then Currys can offer to repair your item for no fee. This free of charge repair does not affect your statutory rights.
If there’s a fault with your item that isn’t covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, then it’s unlikely that Currys will be able to help. The cover provided doesn’t cover accidental damage such as liquid damage, shattered screens or broken casing.

Currys Care Plans
Currys provide an extended warranty service in the event that your purchase picks up a fault. The cost of this will depend on how much you initially paid for the product. If it’s under £150 then Currys will replace the item.
If it costs more than £150 then Currys will try and fix the problem themselves. However, if they are not able to do so in a reasonable time period (in this case 14 working days) then they will replace the item for you.
