Ticketmaster Customer Service Questions
Why haven’t I received my tickets yet?
You will receive tickets any time up until five days before the event, but you should usually receive them a lot sooner. This all depends on when the venue gives the green light to print tickets, or sends the tickets through.
It’s unlikely you will get a firm receipt date as there are so many conditions, however if you still haven’t received your tickets and there’s less than five days to go, just give the contact centre team a call on the number above.
You can check the Ticketmaster customer services website for dispatch notifications, and you’ll also be able to track any deliveries if your tickets have already been sent out.
What happens if my event is cancelled or moved?
In the unlikely event that the event is re-arranged or cancelled completely, the company has you covered. If the date has been changed, and you’ve already received your tickets, then the tickets will usually still be valid at the new date and time. Everyone will have already received their tickets, so it’s pointless to re-print them all with a new date.
If your event has been cancelled or if you’re not happy with the rescheduled time, it will refund any purchases if you send the original tickets back to them. You will need to start a returns claim and this can be done by placing a call to the Ticketmaster phone number at the top of the page.
If you’ve opted to pick up your tickets at the box office, then usually only the person named on the booking or card is able to collect. Some events may let someone else collect them on your behalf, and if this is the case they will need some photographic identification, along with a letter of authority from yourself that includes all of your details. This must include reference number, last four digits of your card, billing address, name, date, seating arrangements, order number etc.
You can get all of this data from the online Ticketmaster portal, or by calling the Ticketmaster contact number at the top of the page.
Can I resell my tickets through Ticketmaster?
Ticketmaster is for initial release ticket sales only, and you won’t be able to buy tickets from other ticketholders, nor is it possible to list your own tickets for resale. However, it supports another website called GetMeIn, which will let you list your tickets or buy guaranteed tickets online.
For more information about how to check they are guaranteed tickets, speak to the customer services contact team on the number at the top of the page.
